★簡介：
本會成立於民國七十五年十一月二日，原名宜蘭縣肢體殘障協會，八十七年六月二十三日向地方法院登記為法人團體，並正式更名為社團法人宜蘭縣肢體障礙者協會，秉持「因殘而愛，因愛而立」，服務設籍及工作在宜蘭縣之肢體障礙朋友。
★服務項目：
1.協助、輔導肢體障礙人員自立自強，促進培養奮發向上，建立正確樂觀的人生觀。
2.辦理肢障者藝文，康樂等各項活動，促進身心健全發展。
3.辦理職業訓練暨第二專長培訓作業。
4.協助會員辦理身心障礙證明鑑定、換發及生活補助請領。
5.提供社會福利服務業務諮詢。
6.提供求職、就業等資訊宣導服務。
7.提供輔具之借用及申請代辦手續。
8.協助手工藝（皂、作）品推廣服務。
9.物資募集及籌措經費辦理急難紓困。
