宜蘭縣新住民關懷協會於105年由一群來自中國各省、東南亞國家之女性所成立，本協會將奠基於過去經驗，致力於新住民家庭暴力防治，期藉由地域性帶動新住民及一般民眾，營造更完善的社會家庭暴力防治網絡。
