嗨，各位在外的褒忠青年朋友，以及現在正居住在褒忠的居民，以及關心褒忠的朋友們大家好：

終於，在建國百年的今年，褒忠推展了第一個屬於褒忠的社區文藝計畫，在這逐漸推展的過程中，發生了一些令人感動與美好的化學變化，因為感動，所以想讓更多在外的褒忠遊子一起感受、一起參與，因為美好，所以想要記錄這些打拼的美麗，為褒忠留下美麗的歷史足跡。

目前，計畫仍在進行中，雖然還不知道在外的青年遊子們，可以怎麼協助我們自己的家鄉，但凡事都有個開始，第一步就從關心咱們家鄉的大小事，那麼，就讓我們在建國百年展開褒忠青年熱血的第一步吧~
