本會提供專業知能與無償服務，協助北海岸淡水、三芝、石門、金山、萬里等弱勢族群需求為目標，不斷在公益事業的道路上與各界力量攜手同行。 本會係由一群長期從事不同階段身心障礙教育的老師，為顧念身心障礙者及弱勢家庭所面臨的生理、心理與經濟等多方困頓，亦感念家長們對愛所堅持的辛苦付出而發起，並經聚合各界社會人士成立本會。
