在時代與環境的變遷之下，全球原住民族所面臨的問題與困境幾乎大同小異。
TIEE(臺灣原住民教育經濟發展協會)希望藉由教育的紮根，發展與帶動原民文化與生活相關的產業，在經濟得以自給自足和獨立之下，繼而解決原住民族在現代社會型態下常態性存在的困境與難題。讓原民青年在教育與學習的過程當中發展專業專長，穩定之中回饋部落、關懷部落、回歸部落；讓原民文化、生活文化得以承繼，是 TIEE(臺灣原住民教育經濟發展協會)和的理念。
The problems and dilemmas faced by the Indigenous peoples in the world are almost the same under the vicissitudes of the times and the environment. TIEE (Taiwan Indigenous Education Economic

Development Association) hopes to lay the foundation in education, development and promote the original culture and life-related industries, in order to make the family economy to self-sufficiency and independence. When the young people in the process of education and learning to develop professional expertise, then under stability, they can feedback tribes, care for the tribe, return to the tribe. Let the original culture, and life of culture Indigenous peoples in Taiwan can be inherited, that is concept of TIEE .
