這次，我們選擇台南，不是偶然，而是必然。
台南是台灣最具有文化靈魂的城市之一：
古都氣息、宗教廟宇、人文底蘊、工藝精神、巷弄文化、老城魅力……
在台南，一張紙、一支筆、一把剪刀，都能變成藝術；
一個傳統習俗、一個文化信仰，都能延伸成創意靈感。
我們希望這場國際盛會，不只是展示作品，
更能與台南的文化脈動融合，讓宗教紙藝在這座城市獲得「新生命」。

As the organizing team of TICCPA – Taiwan International Culture & Creative Promotion Association, we are honored and excited to announce that the
2025 TICCPA International Elite Religious Paper Art & Cultural Creativity Competition
and Outstanding Instructor Recognition Ceremony
will be held on November 30, 2025,
at the Fushin Hotel Tainan, located in the historic and culturally rich Tainan City.

Our decision to host this event in Tainan is no coincidence—it is the most natural choice.
Tainan is one of Taiwan’s most culturally vibrant cities:
a place where temple traditions, historic architecture, folk religion, craftsmanship, alley culture, and artistic heritage coexist seamlessly.
In Tainan,
a sheet of paper, a pencil, or a pair of scissors can transform into art.
A cultural ritual or religious symbol can become a new source of creative inspiration.
We hope that this international event will do more than showcase artworks—
it will merge with the cultural heartbeat of Tainan and give religious paper art a new life in this ancient yet modern city.
