拉丁文‘Veni’，亦即「我來（了）」。之所以命名為‘Veni’，是為傳達「耶穌時時刻刻親自向青年們發出邀請」的涵義，就像是耶穌親口告訴每位青年：「我來了」；同時，青年們藉著學習祈禱、操練靈修，並投身服務以示「我來」來答覆祂，投入跟隨耶穌一起福傳的行列。
聖神會Veni青年本中心的服務對象為13至35歲青年。藉由下列三大目標來培育青年在全人上的發展（心理、身體以及靈性），並且拓展福傳和傳承服務青年的使命。
一、透過青年聚會，運用音樂祈禱和聖言讓青年經驗天主無限的愛，在靈性生命上得以成長。
二、透過【親密關係學校】的培育，陪伴和給予青年們正確個人聖召引導。讓青年們能夠對自我、他人關係，和天主有更多的認識，並加以分辨。
三、通過服務學習，能回饋和服務社會上不被重視的人、事、物，並體驗到天主的臨在。
The Latin word ‘Veni’ means "I have come".
The name 'Veni' is to convey the meaning of "Jesus personally invites the young people all the time," just like Jesus personally tells every young man: "I'm here." At the same time, the young people respond by saying, "I come" to Jesus and join in the evangelization process with Him by learning how to pray, developing spirituality, and committing themselves to service. The Veni Youth Ministry Office serves young people from 13 to 35 years old. Use the following three goals to cultivate the youth's integral development (mental, physical and spiritual), thus expand the mission of evangelization and inheritance of serving youth.
1. Through the youth gathering, the use of music, prayer and holy words allows young people to experience the infinite love of God and grow in their spiritual life.
2. Through the nurturing of [Relationship School], accompany and give young people the correct personal vocation and guidance. Let young people know more about themselves, the relationship with others, and God, and be able to distinguish them.
3. Through [Service-Learning Programme], we can give back and those and things that are overlooked in society.
