出生在農業縣台南, 大學到博士後研究在台大農化系待了快二十年, 沒想到年過半百會站上第一線, 為台灣農業的未來發聲.
當政府高喊「農地農用」，立「有機農業促進法」誓言推廣台灣有機農業，公部門設的「中崎有機農業專區」卻成為「橋頭科學園區」的祭品。身為中崎的理事主席，自然要想方設法保留中崎。但就算保住中崎，還有多少〝中崎〞要淪為政府漠視農業的犧牲品？
