為落實傳承客家文化，創團人温孟樺先生，於國中開始至研究所畢業，專研客家戲曲，近20餘年，並堅守叔公温送珍先生信念，帶領客家子弟更深度體會生活與推廣客家藝術，達到永續發展的目標。
