有機農糧產品及有機農糧加工品驗證
Taiwan Formosa Organic Association(FOA) is a social group which is established by law and the purpose is non-profit.FOA conform to the accreditation of product certification body (ISO 17065). 臺灣寶島有機農業發展協會（Taiwan Formosa Organic Association，FOA）成立於2002年12月14日台北縣三峽鎮添福里添福10-12號.
*2003年1月6日經內政部台內社字第0910042651號函准予立案備查。為依法成立、非以營利為目的之社會團體.
*2005年11月29獲得行政院農業委員會評審通過授權之有機驗證機構，辦理國內有機農產品驗證等相

關業務。
*2009年1月20日，通過財團法人全國認證基金會（簡稱TAF）有機農產品驗證機構之認證(認證編號PCA 17)。
*2009年1月23日，通過農委會有機農產品驗證機構之認證(農糧字第0981046198)
*2009年10月會址遷移至台中市北屯區文昌東六街42巷16號1樓.
*2010年4月23日通過有機農糧加工品個別驗證增列項目,發證字號為農糧字第0991007875號。
