誠信愛心家園 誠信愛心家園為收容照顧智能障礙者的社會福利機構，提供智能障礙者最佳?

為配合政府社會福利政策，推展身心障礙者教養及福利措施，民國90年7月由社會人仕陳碧貞等人集資籌創「財團法人桃園縣私立民富教養院」，以收容智能障礙及多重障礙者，給予居家生活照顧及自理訓練，增進其社會適應能力；91年5月1日經桃園縣政府正式核准立案，94年4月董事會改組，由余玉泉接任董事長，95年1月3日更名為「財團法人桃園縣私立誠信愛心家園」。

協助18歲以上未滿65歲之中、重度以上智能障礙者、自閉症及多重障礙者建構完善之生活環境及設施，提供週延之服務照顧、輔導及養護，以啟發其基本能力。
