知本社區照顧關懷據點 服務區域:知本、建農、建興、建業
服務對象:區域內65歲以上長輩或55歲以上原住民長輩；輕度失能長輩
服務內容:健康促進、電話問安、關懷訪視、集中用餐

健康促進活動時間與地點：
每週二、四上午8:00-12:00-知本社區活動中心
每週三、五上午8:00-12:00-榮農社區活動中心
本據點活動設計多樣性：
生理照顧：量血壓
動態活動：健康操、體適能活動、身心機
能活化運動、音樂照顧等。
靜態活動：手工藝製作、懷舊療法、健康
和安全講座、、繪畫課等。
其他活動：戶外教學、年節文化活動等。
