*Job Role Description
The AI Product Marketing Manager (North America) is responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, sales planning, and marketing ex*****on for GIGABYTE’s AI solutions across the North American region. This role serves as a strategic bridge between the Taiwan Headquarters and the North America Sales & Marketing teams, ensuring alignment in business objectives, brand messaging, and regional ex*****on.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Strategy Alignment
+Develop and execute sales strategies for AI hardware and software solutions in the North American market.
+Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine product positioning and sales tactics.
+Collaborate with the HQ product and business development teams to define pricing, bundling, and regional sales targets.
+Track and report monthly and quarterly sales performance, providing insights to optimize market pe*******on.
2. Marketing & Promotion
+Lead North American marketing initiatives for AI solutions, including product launches, branding, and promotional campaigns.
+Coordinate with the HQ marketing team to localize global marketing materials for the North American audience.
+Manage the planning and ex*****on of exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and partner events (e.g., CES, GTC, AI Hardware Summit).
+Build and maintain relationships with local distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
3. Cross-Regional Coordination
+Act as the primary liaison between Taiwan HQ’s AI Lab, Product, and Marketing teams and the North American Sales/Marketing organization.
+Facilitate communication on product roadmap updates, marketing asset delivery, and event participation.
+Ensure that local feedback on market demand, product performance, and customer requirements is effectively reported to HQ.
4. Strategic Marketing Analysis
+Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for new product lines or strategic partnerships.
+Support HQ in defining long-term business development plans for the AI product ecosystem in North America.
+Prepare market intelligence reports and customer engagement data for executive review.
Qualifications
Education:
+Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (prefer), Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
+MBA preferred but not required.
Experience:
+ >1 years of experience in product management, sales strategy, or marketing management in the tech or AI industry.
+Proven experience managing cross-region communication (especially between Asia and North America).
Familiarity with AI hardware/software, cloud computing, or enterprise IT ecosystems (preferred).
+Hands-on experience with event and exhibition management (e.g., CES, SIGGRAPH, GTC, or similar).
Skills & Competencies
+Strong understanding of AI industry trends, including LLMs, edge AI, and GPU/accelerator solutions.
+Excellent communication and coordination skills across multi-cultural teams.
+Solid experience with sales forecasting, marketing analytics, and campaign planning.
+Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus for HQ communication.
+Strategic thinker with a hands-on ex*****on mindset.
+Willingness to travel frequently to North America for business.
