由台塑企業暨王長庚公益信託、王詹樣基金會贊助 由台塑企業暨王長庚公益信託、王詹樣基金會贊助，第一社會福利基金會從102年開始，於汐止瑞芳區投入專業團隊人力，進行社區早療服務據點服務，使具有特殊需求之幼兒可順利取得療育資源，促進嬰幼兒身心發展及提供家庭支持。
服務對象：零至六歲之身心障礙、發展遲緩或疑似發展遲緩幼兒。
