【本會任務】
1. 整合臺灣從事靜態文化藝術或動態表演藝術人員寶貴之經驗，結合其社會資源與力量，達成臺灣及中華藝術文化在地深耕及打入國際市場藝術網絡中，以增進國際視野，提昇臺灣的藝術國際化。
2. 與臺灣及國際間極具特色的著名民間藝術團體共同聯盟，舉辦國際展青年文化、學術、及藝術等交流訪問活動。
3. 培訓文化志工、推廣文化藝術創新產業，提供發展平臺，提昇臺灣能見度，使臺灣成為國際文化藝術交流的舞臺。
4. 接受委託辦理與本會宗旨相符之事項，集結力量發揮最大效益，希望能為臺灣、亞洲乃至世界的文化藝術交流做出貢獻。
5. 其他。
