一、推動辦理社會服務工作，協助弱勢族群。
二、推廣音樂藝術文化活動，促進精神心靈祥和健康。
三、改造公共空間環境，提高生活舒適感。
四、正向進步價值的宣導及教育，提升市民認同感。
