With our deepest reverence and utmost humility, we offer our heartfelt gratitude to His Majesty The King for always being so compassionate and considerate.

Thank you Your Majesty for graciously granting our team the immense honor and privilege of a Royal Audience.

Words fall short of expressing the profound gratitude we feel. Your Majesty's warmth, kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to the well-being of every Bhutanese continue to inspire us beyond measure. It renewed our commitment to serve with sincerity, integrity, and compassion in whatever capacity we can, so that we may contribute, however modestly, towards realizing the aspirations that Your Majesty holds for Bhutan and her people.

We consider ourselves truly fortunate to live under the benevolent guidance of a Monarch whose selfless leadership is rooted in wisdom, humility, and profound love for the nation. The compassion and unwavering care that Your Majesty extend to every Bhutanese family are gifts beyond measure, for which we shall remain forever grateful.

May His Majesty's noble vision for Bhutan and GMC flourish and be fulfilled for the lasting peace, prosperity, and happiness of all sentient beings.

With our deepest respect, gratitude, and unwavering loyalty.

We especially acknowledge Venerable Ming Yun, Ms. Ting, and the representatives of the International Maitreya Association for their warm invitation and generous hospitality.

As members of the same Maitreya family, we sincerely appreciate the thoughtful arrangements and respectful program prepared in honor of Rinpoche.

With aspirations to further strengthen this meaningful relationship, we offer heartfelt prayers that this noble connection may continue to flourish and endure for many years to come.

Gelephu Maitreya Temple Signs Partnership with Maitreya Global Alliance

His Eminence Trulku Kunga Tenzin Rinpoche, Founder and Chairperson of the Gelephu Maitreya Temple (GMT), recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Maitreya Global Alliance (MGA). The signing marks a meaningful step in the temple's growing engagement with international partners who share a commitment to humanity's long-term well-being.

The GMT is a sacred project within Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), Bhutan's visionary new city guided by the aspirations of His Majesty The King of Bhutan.

Through this partnership, GMT and MGA will work together to explore shared approaches to the challenges facing humanity, and to contribute to international conversations on building a more compassionate and sustainable future. Both organisations bring distinct but complementary perspectives to this work.

One focus of the partnership is the concept of "Good AI," a key initiative championed by MGA. The concept holds that artificial intelligence must be developed and governed in accordance with ethical values, placing human well-being and dignity at its centre.

Discussions during the signing event explored how this vision connects with the broader mission of GMC as a city grounded in mindfulness and wisdom.
The occasion also offered an opportunity to share how the GMT, once complete, can contribute to the spiritual and cultural life of GMC. Progress on the temple project was presented, with 2029 set as a milestone for completion of the central structure. The work continues steadily, guided by purpose and a deep sense of responsibility to the vision it serves.

It was, by all accounts, a gathering of quiet significance. The partnership between GMT and MGA reflects something larger than an institutional agreement. It is a recognition that the challenges of our time call for responses rooted in wisdom, care, and shared humanity.
