耕莘青年山地學習工作團 成立於1967年7月1日，由天主教耕莘文教院司鐸張志宏神父所創辦，為全臺灣?

成立於1967年7月1日，原名「耕莘山服團」，是由天主教耕莘文教院司鐸張志宏神父所創辦，為全臺灣第一個關懷原住民的社團。創立之初，服務地點以新竹縣五峰鄉清泉為主，後移至後山地區──尖石鄉玉峰、秀巒兩村之泰雅族部落。1993年11月5日，基於對族群平等理想之追求，正名為「耕莘青年山地學習工作團」（簡稱「耕莘山學團」），自此將定位由服務者轉換為學習者。
