導航基金會於民國74年設立至今，在目前大環境幾近崩壞的社會下，人民更有尋思改變的動力，導航下設四部門，分別為社會學習學院、身心復元研發小組、混障家屋以及好土小組，旨在發展行動參與及社會學習的方法與路徑。

《社會學習學院》 創造社會學習場域，促進生命自覺，政治自主自決，國家、社區、鄰里，全民共治。

《身心復元研發小組》發展平民身心保健為目標的助人工作，健康權掌握在自身生活中，提倡自助助人，身心復元。

《混障家屋》培力重障者規劃、運用自己的空間，長出獨立生活的能力，讓重障者能一起參與的社會空間，朝向打造一個以障礙者為主體，及從生活實踐中長出一種社區生活的空間。

《好土小組》引發人們對生活環境參與決策，產生人與土地間的好關係，反對財團暴利暴力開發，主張好山、好水、好土、好宅、好人民。
