財團法人台北市至善堂 本法人永久存立,奉祀主神為觀世音釋迦牟尼佛並供奉諸神像以宏揚佛教先天派信仰真理興辦社會公益慈善救濟事業為宗旨

人稟天地之氣具有良知是為性。循其性而行之是為教。眾心所歸群趨而仰之是曰宗。然方以類聚物以群分。是以支分派別。各教林立。考佛法登源於西域。漢始入華波流本島。其所謂優婆塞優婆夷者。即在家修持奉佛之弟子也。派別有分三。龍華、金憧、先天。各依其信徒之多寡。設立齋堂。精潔壇場。群從潮夕課誦。廣宣佛號。講演經義。藉以化人。此至善堂之所由起也。
