聽你說心情支持專線係由身心障礙者擔任志工，接聽同為障礙朋友的電話。透過類似障礙生命經驗的感通，發揮同理心，並以長期陪伴、心情支持方式，讓來電者蓄備行動能量，進而產生改變行動。

服務對象 :
1. 障礙嚴重影響行動者
2. 長期來電者
3. 無行動能量、意願者

服務項目 :
1. 心情支持、陪伴
2. 資源轉介，包含急難救助等
3. 歧視申訴
