✨ Sparkle 12/4 Meeting Highlights｜Color Your December ✨🌈

What an unforgettable night at Sparkle Toastmasters!
Our theme “Color Your December” came alive through two amazing sessions that filled the room with energy, creativity, and inspiration.

🎤 Stage Time Workshop by Mike Honda
Mike brought a powerful, hands-on session that kept everyone engaged from start to finish.
Members practiced real speaking techniques, learned how to structure impromptu responses, and experienced the magic of “thinking on your feet.”
His energy, clarity, and warm encouragement helped every participant gain new confidence on stage.
Thank you, Mike — you truly lit up the room!

🎨 Watercolor Art Sharing by Oscar-Roy 羅宇成 老師
Oscar-Roy showed us the beauty of watercolor through a live demo — turning simple lines and washes into a peaceful winter scene within minutes.
Members were amazed watching his sketch come to life, stroke by stroke.
His calm presence, artistic insight, and gentle guidance inspired everyone to pick up a pencil and try sketching too.
We felt so lucky to experience artistry so close!

✨ A night of confidence + creativity
From strengthening our public speaking to exploring watercolor sketching,
tonight’s meeting reminded us how learning can be colorful, lively, and full of joy.

🌟 Sparkle #504 Meeting Highlights 🌟

Tonight’s meeting was full of heartfelt moments and gratitude.

Meeting theme
— “What would you like to tell your father on Father’s Day?”
Truly invited us to reflect deeply and speak sincerely. As each speaker shared, we not only got to know their fathers, but also the values and stories that shaped who they are today.
It was a night of warmth, emotion, and connection.

🙏 Huge thanks to our creative and dedicated Toastmaster of the Evening, Peter Lai, for running the meeting with grace, precision, and respect.

🎨 Art Sharing by Verum Wu brought a playful twist!
She led us through 吾真子的音樂教室, teaching us how to sing the Sparkle Club song using a rhythmic cup game — fun, artistic, and totally memorable!

🎤 Prepared Speech Highlights:
✨ Barbara Chen delivered her inspiring Ice Breaker speech:
「在每個困難的中間，都藏著機會」
Her story of resilience and persistence reminded us that challenges are stepping stones to growth.

✨ Rita Lien took the stage to share her professional insights through the lens of fashion and style, blending elegance with experience — an empowering perspective we all appreciated.

We had a creative Table Topic session leaded by Guava Yang, because of time constraints, we combined table topic and refreshments time smoothly, what a brilliant idea 💡

🎉 Sparkle Toastmasters Meeting #503 Highlights ✨

We had a truly wonderful meeting on Thursday night. Huge thanks to our dedicated VPE for the thoughtful planning and seamless agenda.

🌟 Meeting Highlights:
🎙️ Our experienced TME, MJ, guided the meeting with confidence and clarity, ensuring smooth transitions and proper introductions for all speakers and evaluators.

💡 In the Prepared Speech Session, three speakers delivered thought-provoking and inspiring speeches. Incredible-Roger Lin, Guava Yang and Tony Hu of Skal!
Their efforts were elevated by our insightful and uplifting evaluators, who offered valuable feedback with both warmth and precision. Thanks to Jennie Tsen, Rita Lien and Ron Chen!!!

🎖️ We were honored to welcome Tony Hu of Skal TMC as a guest speaker. He shared compelling insights on the Han Kuang Military Exercise, giving us a rare look into Taiwan’s national defense strategy — truly eye-opening!

🌺 Another special guest, General Evaluator Mayumi Hu of Skal TMC, provided a thoughtful and in-depth evaluation of the entire meeting. Her sharp observations and kind encouragement were deeply appreciated.

🗣️ Our Language Evaluator, Freda Chiang, professionally highlighted powerful expressions and guided us on correct usage — an educational session full of learning moments.

🎨 To top it off, Peter Lai’s Art Sharing Session brought history to life through the topic: “Women’s Fashion Across Chinese Dynasties.” His presentation opened our eyes to the cultural evolution of style through time.

📝 To further connect with our members, we collected reflections from the “What I want to say…” segment — giving everyone a voice to express what inspired them and how we can continue improving.
