Talu’an是阿美語「聚會所」的意思。
　　1994年12月，Talu’an社是由一群離鄉背井來求學的原住民青年所組成，抱著對家鄉聚會所的精神而存在於政大校園當中。
　　透過每週固定的社課，大家彼此交換各族不同的文化、關心與學習原住民相關知識、討論台灣原住民的相關議題。除了在政大校園內的活動外，Talu’an社也與台北地區大專院校的原住民社團做交流，藉由互動讓北區原住民學生有聯繫的機會。
