我們相信，年輕人透過擔任非營利組織志工實習培養能力的同時，也可以找到自己未來的方向 【社會實習 Social Internship】在企業、政府單位以外的組織進行實踐學習。年輕人在參與實習的過程中除了培養組織運作、人際互動、專案管理等專業技能，並同時為自己認同的價值付出而成為影響社會的一分子。
