以服務和促進青年發展、輔導學生實習、助力青年就業、協助青年創業、推動青年交流、搭建青年合作平臺、推動兩岸交流合作為宗旨。

本會發展任務包括：舉辦企業和創業園區的參訪考察活動；協助學校辦理學生實習；搭建青年人才與企業招聘的公益對接平臺；舉辦有助於提升青年職場競爭力的研修課程；舉辦青年創業的訓練課程；舉辦有益青年發展的交流活動；舉辦青年社團的合作論壇等。
