26-27年度第一次聯誼餐會｜南村．私廚．小酒棧

2026年7月22日，台北西區扶輪社於「南村．私廚．小酒棧」舉辦26-27年度第一次聯誼餐會，50名社友齊聚一堂，共同揭開新年度聯誼活動的序幕。

感謝 P Computer、S Anthony、VP Achim、PE Carl、顧問 PP YJ、PP 政修、聯誼主委 Marlon、財務 Andy 擔任爐主，熱情款待並精心準備佳餚美酒，讓大家在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中交流情誼，展現台北西區扶輪社深厚的凝聚力。

期待新年度攜手同行，在服務中成長，在友誼中創造持恆的影響。

On July 22, 2026, 50 members of the Rotary Club of Taipei West gathered for the first fellowship dinner of the 2026–27 Rotary year.

Special thanks to our hosts P Computer, S Anthony, VP Achim, PE Carl, Advisor PP YJ, PP Cheng-Hsiu, Fellowship Chair Marlon, and Treasurer Andy for their generous hospitality and wonderful food and drinks. It was a great evening of friendship, fellowship, and connection.

本社於 7月15日 舉辦第3575次例會，誠摯歡迎 國際扶輪3481地區總監 DG Computer 姜幸麟總監 蒞臨台北西區扶輪社進行年度公式訪問。在精彩的分享與熱烈的交流中，不僅讓社友們收穫滿滿，也更加堅定我們持續服務社會、創造影響力的使命。

本次例會除歡迎 DG Computer 蒞臨指導外，也誠摯感謝 DS Sun 莊崑山地區秘書、AG AI 、VAG Esther及地區團隊蒞臨本社，共同關心社務發展，並與社友們深入交流，讓本次公式訪問圓滿成功。

DG Computer以 「Dream Bigger．Create Lasting Impact」 為題，分享3481地區本年度的願景與發展方向，勉勵大家勇敢築夢，在每一次服務中留下感動、創造改變，讓扶輪精神持續影響更多人、更多家庭與整個社會。同時也介紹 Direction Together、One Club, One Signature 等年度重點，鼓勵各社發展特色服務，攜手創造更深遠的社會影響力。

🎉 台北西區扶輪社第72屆社長暨職員就職典禮 圓滿成功 🎉
台北西區扶輪社第72屆社長暨職員就職典禮，在全體社友及貴賓的共同見證下，於7月1日由 PP YJ 擔任監交人，將社長職務正式交接給 Computer 社長，象徵責任的傳承，也揭開台北西區扶輪社嶄新的一頁。 社長Computer也介紹了現任理事及重要職員。

典禮現場除了 DG Computer、AG AI 蒞臨指導外，更有來自各友社的社長、社友及各界貴賓共襄盛舉，齊聚一堂，場面隆重而溫馨，充分展現扶輪人彼此支持、攜手服務的精神。

令人感動的是，在大家熱情響應下，現場有歡喜收入新台幣六十四萬餘元 ，充分展現扶輪「超我服務（Service Above Self）」的核心價值，也讓這場交接典禮更添意義。

🎉 Taipei West Rotary Club 72nd President & Board Installation Ceremony 🎉

On July 1, the Taipei West Rotary Club celebrated its 72nd President and Board Installation Ceremony. Under the supervision of PP YJ, the presidency was officially handed over to President Computer, who also introduced the new Board of Directors and committee chairs, marking the beginning of a new Rotary year.

We were honored to welcome DG Computer, AG AI, presidents and members from fellow Rotary clubs, and many distinguished guests. Their presence made the celebration even more meaningful and reflected the spirit of Rotary fellowship.

Thanks to everyone’s generosity, we also raised over NT$640,000 in charitable donations, demonstrating Rotary’s enduring commitment to Service Above Self.

本年度最後一次聯誼餐會｜芃卓 Le Beau Jour・歡聚之夜

近日台北西區扶輪社舉辦本年度最後一次聯誼餐會，由 社友 OA 與 PDG JP 作東，特別選在融合中法創意料理的 「芃卓 Le Beau Jour」 宴請全體社友。餐桌上從台味底蘊到法式巧思一一上桌，搭配好酒，大家邊吃邊聊、盡情歡唱，氣氛輕鬆又熱絡。

更驚喜的是，特別主廚準備「巧克力雪茄」作為餐後甜點，外型別緻、細節滿滿，替這一晚留下很深刻的記憶點。

感謝 OA 社友與 PDG JP 的熱情款待，也謝謝每位社友的參與與支持——用一場美食與情誼兼具的晚餐，為今年的聯誼劃上圓滿句號。

Recently, the Rotary Club of Taipei West held our final fellowship dinner of the year, generously hosted by Rotarian OA and PDG JP at Le Beau Jour, a creative Chinese–French restaurant. With great food, wine, and plenty of singing, everyone had a wonderful night. The chef even surprised us with a special dessert — a “chocolate cigar.”

《3481 地區年會》

4/19，國際扶輪 3481 25-26 地區年會於台大體育館隆重登場。今年首度以全新場地與形式呈現，從白天的「友誼之家」到晚宴的「團圓辦桌」，不只是例行年會，更是一場讓扶輪夥伴彼此連結、凝聚能量的盛會。年會以「和平」為核心，串聯職業服務與社區服務，展現扶輪人用行動推動正向和平的力量。

恭喜 台北西區社在社長 Benker 帶領與全體社友共同努力下，今年照慣例交出亮眼成績單：

Proud to share that Rotary Club of Taipei West earned major recognitions, including Gold Excellence Award and Vision Award, and ranked #2 in D3481 for Rotary Education Foundation giving (over NT$33 million total).

《西區 × 和平｜高爾夫聯誼賽（2026.04.16）》

上週我們與和平社在老淡水高爾夫球場舉辦【西區 × 和平】高爾夫聯誼賽，圓滿成功！前一晚還下大雨，隔天卻放晴轉好天氣，讓大家盡情享受擊球、揮桿交流與聯誼時光。期待明年再相聚。

We had a great joint golf fellowship at TAIWAN GOLF CLUB . It rained the night before, but the next day turned sunny—perfect for golf and great fellowship. See you next year!

《授證71週年紀念晚會》

台北西區扶輪社於 3月18日（週三）晚間 舉行授證 71週年紀念晚會。當晚社友與貴賓齊聚一堂，共同見證西區社一路走來的里程碑，也一同感受我們對文化傳承的重視。

特別一提，晚宴中 OA 社友熱情贊助手工藺草帽，讓社友們在會場中戴上藺草的質樸與雅致，彷彿走入台灣早期士紳的風雅氣韻；也讓今年以藺草文化為主題的台灣文化獎頒獎與整場晚會氛圍更加完整、更加有味道。

台灣文化獎頒獎

晚會中頒發本年度《台灣文化獎》，由顧問主委 PP Vincent 主持。本屆主題聚焦於對「台灣藺草文化之傳承、創新、推廣與研究」有卓越貢獻者，經專業評審團公開公正評選，選出六位得獎人：

職人獎：劉素珍 女士
貢獻獎：呂錦霞 女士
新秀獎：陳秋竹 小姐
評審獎：蕭博駿 先生
潛力獎：曾凱筠 小姐、張芸瑄 小姐

晚會節目｜社友與寶眷溫馨獻演

本次特別安排音樂劇選粹《以歌聲來相會》，由 PP Poca 與夫人林真如女士、社友 Anthony、社友 Ren 與夫人林晏安女士 聯袂登台，帶來〈In His Eyes〉、〈Rewrite the Stars〉、〈Belle〉、〈Season of Love〉等經典曲目。用歌聲串起不同風格的音樂篇章，為晚會增添溫馨與藝術光彩

On March 18 (Wed.), the Rotary Club of Taipei West held our 71st Anniversary Charter Night, with members and guests gathering to celebrate our milestones and our commitment to cultural heritage.

A special thanks to Rotarian OA for sponsoring handmade rush-grass hats, adding a simple, elegant touch that perfectly matched this year’s rush-grass culture theme and made the evening even more memorable.

台北西區扶輪社 × 「張老師」基金會 AI「小優」

面對高壓與快速變動的時代，青少年心理健康需要更早、更貼近的支持。台北西區扶輪社很榮幸攜手友社共同贊助「張老師」基金會，投入 AI 夥伴「小優」的開發與推廣，期待以科技結合專業輔導，為青少年建立更扎實的心理支持網，讓關懷能更即時、更容易被觸及。

本次行動也特別感謝各贊助友社的共同響應（和平、永福、龍山、龍翔、禧愛、西區網路、明志、宇宙社），以及本社服務主委 Spencer辛苦協調串聯，讓服務合作順利到位。

The Rotary Club of Taipei West, together with our partner clubs, is proud to support the Teacher Chang Foundation in developing and promoting an AI companion called “Xiao-You.” We hope this project can help strengthen mental health support for young people by combining technology with professional guidance.

日前舉辦本年度第三次聯誼餐會，由 DGND Ortho 作東，盛情邀請全體社友於米其林推薦的台菜名店 「My灶－台菜餐廳」 共聚一堂。經典台菜一道道上桌，搭配精選美酒，席間氣氛熱絡、交流滿滿。餐會中，DGND Ortho 也與大家分享未來的目標與展望，勉勵社友在服務與聯誼上持續累積能量、彼此支持，讓台北西區的凝聚力更上一層樓，共度一個充實又愉快的夜晚。
