Meeting Theme: How to increase the birth rate?
Letting our members and guests to share their perspectives about why, what and how to fix the national-wide issue.

Jo Wu served as variety session master, shared lots of population knowledge of the world.
Do you know which country is the lowest population/ the highest population in the world?
We had a fun time in this session, and really learned a lot 🤩

2 speakers - Alicia and Heide, 2 different speech styles, Alicia shared the mentor’s trait that she needs and I believe most of us need a non-judgmental mentor.
Heide shared the different types of speech opening which can apply to different speech style.

We are privileged to have Ryan(Timer), Vita (GE) and Richard (LE) visiting us and supporting our meeting. Thank you very much, you are the best 🥳

✨Highlight of the meeting
We will have our new member Wayne Liu to give his icebreaker!! Don't miss the great opportunity to get close to him.

Besides, our queen of variety － Molly (Irene) is going to give out the warm up session, always fun and energetic from her session.

Heide will also conduct educational program during the meeting, hope to give a overview of TM educational program and raise your intention of deliver the speech 😀

Congratulations to Heide Pan, our madam president, who won the 🥇First Place of Division B International Speech Contest and 🥈Second Place of Table Topics Contest.

She will represent PECL Toastmasters Club in the International Speech Contest at the 2026 Annual Conference in Kaohsiung on April 25–26.
