Project Spotlight: Paris 2026 🇫🇷⚜️

In August, Annabel, one of our volunteer guides, took part in the Guides CASA Paris project hosted by Notre-Dame Cathedral. Alongside an enthusiastic team of volunteers, Annabel invited visitors to learn more about the cultural significance and spiritual history of this magnificent building.

Could your summer 2027 look like this? ⛪️🇪🇺☀️

If you are interested in volunteering with ARC, please get in touch with us or send in an application when recruitment opens in January. We would love to hear from you!

Project Spotlight: Saint-Émilion 2026 ☀️

As the summer draws to a close, we are reflecting on our volunteers’ experiences.

Here are some beautiful snapshots from Avery, our volunteer who took part in the Guides CASA project in Saint-Émilion this summer.

Saint-Émilion is a small, medieval French town steeped in history. Avery provided tours in the Saint-Émilion Monolithic Church, constructed in the twelfth century.

If you would like to spend your summer next year in one of Europe’s historic cathedrals or churches, keep a look out for when recruitment opens in January 2027 👀

A few behind-the-scenes photos from our guide on a Guides CASA project in Conques, capturing the landscape, the people and the experience of exploring this historic place.

Thanks for sharing these snapshots from Conques.

If you’d love to spend your summer exploring new places while giving tours of some of Europe’s most remarkable cathedrals and churches, keep an eye out for our applications next year.
