全國總幹事聯誼會 台北市公寓大廈暨社區服務協會「全國總幹事聯誼會」

「總幹事聯誼會」是全國所有公寓大廈管理組織【人民】與各 級主管機關【政府】單位溝通的橋樑，透過定期性的聯誼會活動互動，以消除政府與社區管委會間對公寓大廈管理條例執行上的隔閡，進而建立彼此認同的物業管理制度和法令規章，總幹事將扮演物業管理制度的種子部隊及推手，協助有關公寓大廈暨社區居民終身教育之輔導工作。
