太平洋經濟合作理事會中華民國委員會 太平洋經濟合作理事會中華民國委員會（CTPECC）為PECC會員，成立於1984年，並於當年申請成為太平洋經濟合作理事會（Pacific Economic Cooperation Council, PECC）觀察員，成立至今積極參加各項PECC國際活動

PECC（太平洋經濟合作理事會）成立於1980年，是由來自企業界、政府、學術界與智庫等所組成的產、官、學三方合作夥伴機制。成立宗旨係透過區域合作與政策協調，以促進亞太地區經濟發展。目前共24個成員，包括21個正式會員、2個組織會員（PAFTAD、PBEC），以及1個副會員（法屬太平洋島嶼）。

PECC設有常設委員會（SC），執行委員會（EC），財務委員會（FC）及秘書處。

SC為PECC的主要管理機關，乃由21個正式會員所組成，2個組織會員與1個副會員得列席參加。EC是代表常設委員會監管相關活動的核心小組，是由11個會員委員會所組成，包括澳洲、加拿大、智利、中國大陸、印尼、日本、韓國、紐西蘭、新加坡、中華台北（台灣）與美國；財務委員會（FC）負責PECC中央基金之控管，由6個會員委員會所組成：澳洲、智利、日本、新加坡、中華台北（台灣）與美國。

PECC國際秘書處現位於新加坡，PECC國際秘書處秘書長(臨時秘書長/ Interim Secretary General)為Dr Kaewkamol (Karen) Pitakdumrongkit。

CTPECC was delighted to host Mr. Barrett Bingley, Asia Regional Director of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, this morning for an insightful discussion on Canada’s role in the global energy transition and its potential to become an increasingly important energy partner for Asia.

Drawing on his extensive experience in the region, Mr. Bingley offered a grounded and practical perspective on Canada’s energy industries, resources, and emerging opportunities. His keynote gave participants a closer look at Canada’s strengths across the energy sector, as well as how Canadian expertise and resources can contribute to energy security, diversification, and the broader transition toward a more sustainable energy future.

Asia is navigating an energy transformation while facing a new era of energy insecurity. Geopolitical tensions, supply disruptions, and rising power demand driven by AI and digital infrastructure are forcing governments across the region to make difficult choices about their future energy mix. 🤖🔋

This seminar features Barrett Bingley, Asia Director at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, who will explore how competing pressures are reshaping Asia’s energy landscape and where Canada may fit within it.

第13屆APEC觀光部長會議於6/27在澳門召開，交通部觀光署陳玉秀署長代表我國率團出席，與21個APEC經濟體共同交流數位創新、旅遊便利化、無障礙旅遊、觀光韌性與永續發展等議題。

會中，我國分享「智慧包容性旅遊」推動經驗，包含自動化邊境管制系統、無紙化入境、觀光數據綜合管理平台、多國語言即時翻譯、AI客服小幫手、人車流管理系統，以及跨境電子支付等應用成果，展現我國以數位科技提升旅遊體驗與觀光服務效率的能量。📱🤖

The 13th APEC Tourism Ministers Meeting was held in Macao on June 27, bringing together representatives from 21 APEC economies to discuss digital innovation, travel facilitation, accessible tourism, resilience, and sustainable tourism development.

Key highlights from the meeting included smart and inclusive tourism practices, automated border control, paperless entry, tourism data management platforms, real-time multilingual translation, AI customer service, people-and-vehicle flow management, and cross-border e-payment solutions. 📱🤖

Sideline exchanges also focused on cycling, hiking, festival tourism resources, bilateral cooperation, and opportunities for mutual visitor exchanges. 🚴⛰️🏮

💡Through APEC, continued cooperation on smart tourism, cross-border payment services, and sustainable travel can create new opportunities for tourism exchanges, service innovation, and international market connections.

本場次除由本會許峻賓秘書長參與外，APEC研究中心鍾錦墀副執行長、何振生研究員及林培萱研究員也受邀擔任講評人，針對學員的宣言內容、政策思考與表達方式提供回饋，協助學員進一步深化對APEC議題與多邊合作的理解。🗣️🤝

活動最後由許秘書長頒發結業證書，祝福學員們未來在各自領域持續發光發熱。🎓🌟
