本會之任務如下：
一、發行電子健康相關刊物。
二、舉辦電子健康相關講座與學術研討會。
三、舉辦電子健康繼續教育與訓練課程及證照認證考試。
四、蒐集國內外電子健康最新資訊與文獻。
五、接受機關團體委託辦理電子健康研究與協助政策推廣。
六、接受機關團體委託建置電子健康系統與提供資訊服務。
七、辦理其它與電子健康相關事項。
