財團法人台灣亞太發展基金會，英文名稱為Taiwan Foundation for Asia Pacific Development (簡稱TFAPD)。本會前身為台灣亞洲基金會(The Asia Foundation in TAIWAN)，係由本國仕紳與美國亞洲協會(Asia Foundation)（總部位在美國舊金山），合組成立的財團法人。2008年底雙方合作關係終止，始改組為財團法人台灣亞太發展基金會。
