【駐台北以色列經濟文化辦處新任代表卓以洛 (Israel Strulov)正式就任】

Israel Strulov 卓以洛代表自2002年加入以色列外交部以來，歷任多項重要外交職務，長期深耕亞洲事務，曾擔任以色列外交部非洲司司長，以及駐日本大使館公使兼副館長，對亞太區域政治與外交合作具深厚經驗。派駐台灣前，卓以洛代表曾多次外派日本，亦曾派駐奈及利亞、喬治亞等地，展現豐富的跨區域外交歷練。

卓以洛代表畢業於以色列特拉維夫大學，取得外交與安全高階主管碩士學位，並擁有海法大學大眾傳播與教育學學士學位。他具備希伯來語、英語及日語（中等）能力，並曾兩度榮獲以色列外交部「專業團隊卓越獎」。

歡迎卓以洛代表履新，並期待台灣與以色列持續深化交流合作，共同開創雙邊關係新篇章。

"Taiwan-Israel Business Opportunities Industrial Investment Cooperation & Exchange" was held today, May 13th. Mr. Stephen Hsu - Chairman of TICC, Chairman & Founder of lead the event which was jointly organized by the Department of Asian and African Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Taiwan Israel Chamber of Commerce.

We welcomed the delegation of Israeli mayors to Taiwan, and face-to-face exchanges with members of Taiwan Israel Chamber of Commerce. A big thank you to all the distinguished guests and members for their support and participation; the event was a complete .

The event focused on "Taiwan-Israel Business Opportunities," hightening on "Smart Cities" and "Green Cities", covering fields including autonomous driving, , and other advanced technologies. The Israeli mayoral delegation welcomed Taiwanese companies interested in conducting pilot programs in Israel, hoping that this briefing would accelerate bilateral industrial cooperation and create a win-win situation!🇹🇼🇮🇱

🇹🇼🇮🇱Happy Hanukkah 🕎
在2025年，光明節於12月14日的日落時分開始，並持續至12月22日的日落時分結束。期間每晚都會點燃光明節燭台上的蠟燭，以紀念馬加比起義和油的奇蹟。

為了慶祝這個奇蹟（Miracle) 猶太人會點燃九燈燭台（Menorah，專指光明節燭台）、玩陀螺（Dreidel），並享用像馬鈴薯煎餅（Latkes）和果醬甜甜圈（Sufganiyot）等食物。這些習俗旨在紀念油的奇蹟以及猶太人民的勝利。🙏

In 2025, Hanukkah begins at sunset on December 14th and ends at sunset on December 22nd. Candles are lit on the Hanukkah candelabrum each night to commemorate the miracle of Magalhma and oil.

To celebrate this miracle, Jews light a nine-burner candelabrum ( , specifically the Hanukkah candelabrum), play with a dreidel (a spinning top), and enjoy foods such as potato pancakes (Latkes) and jam-filled doughnuts (Sufganiyot). These customs commemorate the miracle of oil and the .🙏
