天仁的創辦人~李瑞河先生自民國五十年創立天仁茗茶以來，一直秉持著對茶葉的熱愛與執著，本著「取之於茶，用之於社會」的企業精神，於1984年成立了「天仁茶藝文化基金會」，以發揚茶文化為己任、回饋社會，善盡企業的社會責任。
「天仁茶藝文化基金會」不僅每年舉辦與贊助國內外茶文化活動與茶學教育推廣工作，更創制許多國際知名的茶禮；如：四序茶會、五方佛茶禮、金色蓮花茶禮、東方美人頌…等。期許經由「禮儀的培養」提昇民眾生活品質，陶冶文化素養。
