昨晚的例會就像世界盃一樣熱血沸騰！ 🏆
雖然 FIFA 世界盃剛結束不久，但我們在台灣雙聲代國際演講會（Taiwan Toastmasters Club）的熱情可沒有減少！
昨晚（7/28）我們以「FIFA World Cup」為主題，大家齊聚一堂分享了最愛的球隊、球員，以及各自熱愛的運動。
對於平時就熱愛各種高強度體能挑戰與賽事的我來說，昨晚聽到大家在台上分享對運動的執著與熱愛，真的超級有共鳴！

備稿演講 (English Speech)：Crystal 透過豐富的聲音變化與肢體語言完美吸引了全場目光；Rita 則帶來了極具說服力與感染力的演說，讓人印象深刻！

即席問答 (Table Topics)：在 Martin 的帶領下，大家腦力激盪，分享了許多關於運動與生活的有趣觀點。

總想等「準備好」？
不如先喊一句：我做得到！

這次的例會主題直擊靈魂
大家分享了那些曾經猶豫、最後勇敢跨出第一步的瞬間。
不管是接下幹部職務、第一次獨自旅行、決定轉職，還是終於捨得離開溫暖的舒適圈，原來「開始」真的沒有想像中可怕！

重頭戲：薪火相傳交接典禮
感謝卸任團隊過去一年的辛勞與付出，幫雙聲代打下穩固的江山！同時也熱烈歡迎新任團隊閃亮登場 ✨
接下來的一年，大家已經準備好跟著新幹部們一起升級打怪啦！

神控場與腦力激盪：總主持欣怡的流暢節奏，搭配瑞軒充滿挑戰的即席問答，大家的臨場反應簡直比夏天的太陽還熱烈！

Stop waiting to be "ready." Just say, "I can do it!"
Do you always tell yourself "next time," but that "next time" never seems to come?
The theme of this meeting really touched our hearts! Everyone shared moments when they hesitated but finally took the first step. Whether it was taking on an officer role, traveling alone for the first time, changing jobs, or finally stepping out of their comfort zone, it turns out that "starting" isn't as scary as we imagined!

Look at the bright smiles in our group photo—this is the wonderful vibe of Taiwan Toastmasters!
Still hesitating to take that first step? For our next meeting, just push open the classroom door and say to yourself: "I can do it!"

很多事情，我們總想等準備好了、等更有信心了、等時機成熟了再去做。但也許，你需要的只是對自己說一句：「我做得到！」然後勇敢踏出第一步。

提問：
請分享一件你曾經猶豫，最後突破自我跨出第一步的事情。是什麼讓你決定行動？

例如: 接下幹部職務、第一次獨自旅行、上台演講、轉職、開始運動，或只是勇敢踏出舒適圈，嘗試一件一直想做卻遲遲沒有開始的事。

Topic: I Can Do It X Taiwan Dual-Generation Handover Meeting

Many things we want to do, we always want to wait until we're ready, until we're more confident, until the time is right. But perhaps all you need to do is tell yourself, "I can do it!" and then bravely take the first step.

Question: Please share something you hesitated about but ultimately overcame and took the first step on. What made you decide to act?
