【HCIM 2026・紅鼻子代表團手記 - 1】
又一個難入睡的夜晚⋯
三月份跑了兩趟泰國，一趟瑞士。回到台灣又開始緊鑼密鼓地準備紅鼻子醫生醫院兒童節巡演。根本沒時間精力消化這段時間所體驗的一切事情⋯ 現在才開始慢慢地回過神來。
去瑞士是為了參加三年一次世界小丑醫生大會（Health care Clowning International Meeting）。
這次我們紅鼻子醫生一共派七人參加，三天滿滿的議程與交流，來自世界各地 640 個小丑醫生與醫療專業人士，一起思考與腦力激盪「醫療小丑的未來」。這個經驗對我尤其衝擊很大。
這三天參與了各式討論：
・小丑醫生在高齡與失智症患者的研究與發展
・小丑醫生在醫療成效的實質效益研究
・醫療小丑與醫療團隊的合作之多種可能性與效益
・小丑醫生組織創辦人的經驗傳承
・小丑醫生機制的倡議與政策推動
・小丑醫生在醫療過程中深度參與的可能性與成效
大會中因為我們來自亞洲的特殊身分（全場只有兩個來自亞洲的團隊，而我們又是其中最大規模的團隊，再加上台灣在國際的能見度大增⋯），所以我被邀請在閉幕式上台發表感言。
緊張的我已經忘記當時說了什麼，但最後我說：
這次學習到的實在太多，但我最大的體悟是——
要做的事情很多，但改變都是從小地方做起！

回到台灣，一邊忙醫院兒童節巡演的事情，一邊陸續收到如雪片飛來的來自醫院合作的邀約：
有從未進駐過的兒童病房，有高齡長輩的日照中心、有成人的癌症病房，還有特教醫院的長期演出計畫⋯
也許這是來自宇宙的訊息：小丑醫生已經在醫療界被慢慢的認可。
這是極大的光榮，但我會永遠記得這次在大會學到的：永遠從小地方做起。改變是慢慢發生的。
我們紅鼻子醫生有許多充滿熱忱與才華的夥伴。我們將結合大家的力量，一起為藝術帶給大家心靈撫慰，以及慢慢影響與推進以人為本的醫療概念。
（輔助性療法如小丑醫生確實在治療上有科學驗證的成效，已經慢慢被醫界認可）
但回歸到底——藝術永遠是我們最核心的 super power！

Caroline Simonds — we wouldn't have existed without you! You are our model and inspiration. As this time in Swiss I didn't have time to really talk to you. We'll see you this summer in the south of France! ❤️
Martha Kjo — it was a great joy to finally see you again after 25 years! Since Lecoq School we lost contact. But this time seems like we were never apart! Let's think about project Taiwan-Norway in the future!
Olivier-Hugues Terreault — thank you for introducing me to the world of Geriatric clown. There is so much we want to learn from you! Looking forward to the international geriatric clown network and exchange project.
Michael Christensen — I can't believe that I have the privilege to share the stage with you, who created the first hospital clown in New York 40 years ago. And you speak perfect Mandarin! I have the feeling that with your blessing, anything is possible！😄
There are so many clown friends coming from the US, Canada, Israel, Ukraine, Australia… I have a feeling that we are all in a big family with the same language and goal. Which is incredible!
Under the current situation of the world, it is in desperate need for joy and the clowns! ❤️
I remember the last day when we were leaving the conference. One of the clowns from Denmark who's hosting the next meeting, shook my hand and said: 「Taiwan, you must come for the next meeting. We are expecting you to join!!」
And I said: 「You got it, we wouldn't miss it for the world. Unless… the world ends before that.」
And I could feel his hand holding mine gets even tighter — 「Yes indeed!」
Yes! We will not back down by the current situation of the world. We will continue the fight to change the world into a better place! 💪💪✊🙏
