About The Association Les Clefs d’Or - The Association

Les Clefs d’Or is an international network of men and women with common interests and goals.

Les Clefs d’Or (translated as The Golden Keys) is a professional association of hotel concierges, with approximately 4000 members working in over 80 countries and 530 destinations, in literally every corner of the world. They have their own mystique, a combination of their expertise sources of inside information, intelligence and communication. The Association is non-political, non-religious and d

efinitely not a trade union of any sort but is based on friendship between members to assist international travelers and tourist. Les Clefs d’Or is a not-for-profit Association made up of professional hotel Concierge. The Concierge members of this Association are principally dedicated to the promotion and facilitation of travel and tourism. Les Clefs d’Or members are continuously seeking out innovations and advancements in the travel and tourism industry – focusing particularly on the area of hotel Concierge services, while always respecting the history and traditions of the hotel Concierge profession.

The Les Clefs d’Or Chinese Taipei is truly honored to attend the 2026 International Congress held in Sydney.

It is a great privilege for us to represent Les Clefs d’Or Chinese Taipei at this remarkable event, where we have the opportunity to gain new insights and engage in meaningful exchanges with fellow members from around the world.

We will bring these valuable experiences back to Taiwan and share them with our members, fostering continued learning and connection within our community.

Our first general meeting of 2026 was successfully held at Grand Hilai Taipei, bringing together members of Les Clefs d’Or Chinese Taipei for an inspiring start to the year.

During the meeting, we also announced the newly appointed Executive Committee, who will lead the association into the next chapter with dedication and passion.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to 台北漢來大飯店 GRAND HILAI TAIPEI Grand Hilai Taipei for their warm hospitality and for providing such an excellent venue for this gathering.

Members also shared valuable experiences from the recent Les Clefs d’Or Asian Congress in Boracay, offering insights and reflections that enriched everyone in attendance.

A special thank you to My Taiwan Tour for their presentation, introducing unique travel experiences and perspectives that continue to inspire our concierge community.

Moments like these strengthen the spirit of Service Through Friendship and the bond among our members.

Regarding recent media reports involving an individual falsely claiming to be a Les Clefs d’Or, we would like to clarify that the individual mentioned is not a member of our Association.

We strongly condemn any unlawful acts in which the name or identity of Les Clefs d’Or is misused to deceive the public.

The motto of Les Clefs d’Or is “Service Through Friendship.”Our members are committed to professionalism, integrity, and genuine service, never for personal gain or illicit purposes.

All certified Les Clefs d’Or are officially registered with the Union Internationale des Concierges d'Hôtels and can be verified through the local association.

2025 Les Clefs d’Or Chinese Taipei Full Member Application
(1) Registration date:
From October 2, 2025 to October 12, 2025.

(2) Qualifications for registration:
1. Currently working as an employee of the hotel concierge; if the hotel does not have a concierge establishment, his work content is mainly related to the concierge. (Excluding porters, doormen, airport representatives, and parking staff).
2. More than five years (inclusive) of working experience in the front office department of the hotel lobby, including more than three years of working experience in the concierge department.
3. Possess two or more (inclusive) language communication skills.
4. The endorsement and recommendation of two current full members of the Les Clefs d‘Or Chinese Taipei
