社團法人台灣青少年神經多樣性行動協會Taiwan Adolescent Neurodiversity Association 促進神經多樣性概念，服務青少年與照顧者，建立與政府溝通橋樑，引進國內外資源與實務方法，提升照護品質與生活福祉。

本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體。以服務高齡長者、失能或疑似輕度認知功能障礙者及家屬為主。結合社會資源、照護網絡並引進國外先進理論及實作方法，給予長者、失能或認知功能障礙者及家屬之個人化運動處方訓練，來延緩失智及失能，促進高齡長者、失能或認知功能障礙者及其照顧者之生活品質改善為創立宗旨。
