NDI目前正在招募一位 Program MEL Officer / Associate，協助我們香港、台灣和區域專案。工作內容包含與專案執行團隊協調，並對專案成果進行監測、分析、與學習（Monitor, Evaluation, and Learning）。此職位需要以質化、量化研究方法追蹤紀錄計畫執行的成果，並依據資料進行評估，以提升計畫執行的成效。我們期待有以下經驗與能力的夥伴加入我們：
📌 三年以上的民主治理、國際發展、社會科學、資料分析、新聞學、或統計相關工作經驗（Officer），或一到兩年相關工作經驗為佳（Associate）；
📌 具有學士學位；社會科學或統計相關學位為佳；
📌 熟悉問卷、訪談、焦點團體等質化、量化研究工具為佳；
📌 在國際組織或非營利組織做過MEL相關工作為佳；
📌 必須熟悉線上會議、Microsoft Office、G Suite系統之使用。

NDI is seeking candidates for the position of Program Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer to support the implementation of programs and perform monitoring and evaluation and learning (MEL) tasks for NDI’s Hong Kong, Taiwan, and regional programs. They will work with the teams based in Taiwan and Washington D.C. to document the achievements of targets and program objectives and support successful program implementation informed by the M&E data and learning.
This position is based in Taiwan and requires the ability to live and work legally in Taiwan at the time of application. Some travel may be required. The level of the position (Associate or Officer) will be determined based on recruitment outcomes and identification of ongoing needs. The position reports to the NDI Senior Program Manager based in Washington, D.C., but will work closely with the Taiwan team and will be supervised by the Taiwan Country Representative.
