居家健康關懷公益協會,持續探討 AI、elder care、healthy aging 與 human dignity 的交會議題。其中,研究論文〈When Voice-Based AI Becomes a Companion〉已獲 Oxford University Press(OUP)期刊接受發表,討論 voice AI、aging-in-place 與照護倫理的治理問題;同時,也在 KevinMD(MedPage Today 醫師平台)以及台灣主要媒體發表多篇評論,延伸探討 AI voice assistants、科技照護與高齡社會的倫理界線。
When AI can simulate empathy and care, how should society redefine “care,” “companionship,” and “dignity”?

In recent months, we have been exploring the intersection of AI, elder care, healthy aging, and human dignity through both academic research and public commentary. Our article “When Voice-Based AI Becomes a Companion,” recently accepted by an Oxford University Press journal, examines the governance and ethical boundaries of voice AI in aging-in-place. We have also published commentaries on KevinMD (a MedPage Today physician platform) and major Taiwanese media outlets discussing AI voice assistants, technology-enabled care, and the ethical challenges of aging societies. As AI increasingly simulates empathy and companionship, society must confront a fundamental question: Is technology strengthening care, or creating an “illusion of care”? The following pieces summarize several of my recent publications on AI, elder care, healthy aging, and human dignity.
