二、使命 Mission：
「ONE WORLD 」 虛實一世界
我們期待透過本智庫的建立，從台灣開始，推動建立一個跨國的科技政策與政府治理倡議智庫，進而連結亞太地區、甚至是全球主流國家產官學研有志之士，聯合推動一個有共同標準、容易互跨與對接、資源共享相通的元宇宙生態環境。同時，我們致力協助各國政府、經濟體，與社會在
邁入元宇宙世代之際，建立完善的科技倫理指引，包括讓各政府推動法律規範、企業設計產品或服務流程設計時有所依據。
We look forward to the establishment of this think tank, starting from Taiwan to connect people in industry, government, academia and research in mainstream countries in the Asia-Pacific region and even the world, and jointly promote a metaverse ecological environment that is easy to cross, connect, and share resources. At the same time, we are committed to assisting governments, economies, and societies in various countries to establish comprehensive scientific and technological ethics guidelines as they enter the Metaverse.

三、目標 Goals:
1.串聯、整合國內外XR相關公協會資源，共同推動XR元宇宙智庫倡議平台。
2.連結法學、法律團體研擬元宇宙科技治理指引、積極政策倡議法遵溝通。
3.推動亞太區域元宇宙領袖高峰論壇，連結亞太諸國，共同催生「亞太區元宇宙共同體」(Asia Pacific Metaverse Community)。
1. Connect and integrate the resources of XR-related public associations at home and abroad to jointly promote the XR metaverse think tank initiative platform.
2. Linking legal studies and legal groups to formulate Metaverse technology governance guidelines, and actively promote policy advocacy for compliance communication.
3. Promote the Asia-Pacific Metaverse Leaders Summit, connect Asia-Pacific countries, and jointly promote the "Asia Pacific Metaverse Community".
