2.美業店轉型提升，效益增長。
3.美業從業人員素養提升。

四、 任務：
1.帶動美容美髮店轉型成長，增加績效。
2.整合同業資源，串聯異業及社會資源再整合分享。
3.專業技能培訓與人才養成，提升產業動能與形象。
4.建置網路平台，強化產業數位化交流與發展力。

5.提供線上線下會員營運諮詢與輔導帶動。
6.真誠服務引導會員、帶動會員「轉型、賺錢、成長」為目標，共創資源整合並分享之。
7.五大元素：人才資源、培訓人才、產品力、數位化、資源支援。
