【United Tastes In Taiwan】
The Agricultural Section of the American Institute in Taiwan unites U.S. producer associations to share the newest culinary trends and coolest events celebrating U.S. Not to mention, all the great farm-to-table stories behind U.S. Together the United States and Taiwan are “United in Taste! ” Taiwan is the eighth largest export market for U.S. agriculture. The United States and Taiwan enjoy a strong trading relationship and a have shared culinary appreciation for all things food. The Agricultural Section of the American Institute in Taiwan, in conjunction with U.S. producer associations, works closely with Taiwan importers, foodservice professionals, and retailers to promote U.S. food, beverage, and agricultural products in Taiwan.

美國美食報你知 United Tastes in Taiwan invites you to visit the USA Pavilion at the 2026 Taipei International Food Show! AIT Director Raymond Greene visited Food Taipei to kick off the USA Pavilion, which showcases a bounty of American agricultural products, including dairy, meat, tree nuts, spirits, rice, potatoes, snacks, and many more! Join us at the USA Pavilion to discover a wide selection of high-quality products and the latest food trends. We look forward to seeing you there!
Time: 10:00 am-18:00 pm from June 24-26; 10:00 am-17:00 pm on June 27

🍷為加州葡萄酒喝采！美國在台協會 AIT 處長谷立言出席「 #巴黎的審判」50 週年紀念品酒會，慶祝並回顧加州葡萄酒一路走來的創新精神及如何改寫全球葡萄酒版圖，帶動美國農業貿易持續成長。

時間回到 1976 年，當時還是葡萄酒界新秀的加州葡萄酒，在巴黎的一場歷史性盲飲評比中，與法國頂級葡萄酒同場較勁，結果令人驚喜，評審將紅酒與白酒組第一名都頒給了加州葡萄酒！

這場被後世稱為「巴黎的審判」的葡萄酒盲飲活動，讓加州葡萄酒一夕登上世界舞台。經過數十年的熱情投入與不斷精進，如今加州已成為全球第四大葡萄酒產區！

Cheers to 50 Years! AIT Director Raymond Greene Attends the Judgment of Paris 50th Anniversary Tasting

AIT Director Raymond Greene toasted to a major milestone in history at the Judgment of Paris 50th Anniversary Tasting! The event celebrated California wine innovation and the incredible growth of the U.S. agricultural trade unfolding from this legendary victory.

In 1976, emerging California wines faced off against top French counterparts in a historic blind tasting in Paris. In a surprise twist, the French judges awarded first-place honors to California for both red and white wines!

The Judgment of Paris Tasting put California wines on the global map overnight. Thanks to decades of passion and hard work, California has grown into the world's fourth-largest wine producer.
