台南市脊髓損傷關懷協會 協會成立於民國84年，是聚集台南市之所有脊髓損傷者的組織團體~

台南縣脊髓損傷者協會成立於民國84年2月19日，是聚集台南縣2個市、22個鄉、7個鎮之所有脊髓損傷身心障礙的組織團體，其宗旨為結合家庭、社會各界及國家之力量，並協助脊髓損傷者能夠自立自強，重新適應社會生活藉以降低家庭、社會、國家的負擔，創造溫馨祥和的世界。於100年縣市合併後正式更名「台南市脊髓損傷關懷協會」。
