化粧品聯盟 一般民眾對化粧品不正確之認知及觀念，常導致消費者對化粧品之存疑，甚至使用時讓皮膚受到傷害，因此希望結合學術界、醫界、產業界菁英，共同組成化粧品精英論壇聯盟，藉由各種媒體、演講及教育訓練等活動，一方面提升化粧品產業，另一方面宣導化粧品知識與正確使用，以確保消費者權益。
