陽光泰迪熊關懷協會是由台南在地許多默默為善的企業家一同籌劃發起成立的，主要宗旨除了希望配合政府政策，結合社會資源，推動婦幼老人及弱勢社福團體之福址外，最重要的是扶持及維護家庭的幸福及快樂，也就是希望可以將愛與希望，溫暖的感覺傳遞到每個家中成員的心中，並能牢牢將家庭的笑聲逐一漫延，而成立這個協會希望可以幫助到真正需要幫助的人，未來希望協會能朝向於急難救助，開放遭遇急難事件的民眾提出申請，讓本會急難救助服務更貼近救助民眾的需求。
