友善臺灣－境外學生接待家庭專案計畫 Taiwan Hostfamily Program 本計畫是臺灣唯一由中央政府所主辦的接待家庭計畫。由教育部主辦，並由南臺科技大學承辦，創立其計畫辦公室。其核心精神即是以臺灣家庭之熱情提供境外學生溫馨友善的臺灣文化體驗環境

為提供來臺境外學生一個友善的交流與學習環境，
本計畫之主要目標為建立境外學生接待家庭之資訊分享平台，
藉此整合國內各級學校與社區資源，
以建置一套全國性之外國學生接待家庭系統，
以及友善接待家庭之永續發展機制，
讓在臺之境外學生能夠在最佳的生活環境下學習交流，
達成「認識臺灣、體驗臺灣、愛上臺灣」之目的。
