柳營-綠洲關懷中心 社團法人臺南市天主教守護生命關懷協會-柳營在地靈性關懷中心

柳營社區人口外流嚴重，50歲以上人口佔社區45%以上，獨居長者人數也節節攀升。本會創會神師畢度神父結合國健署慈悲關懷社區的想法，渴盼要將柳營天主教堂創設成為一個心靈的綠洲，滿是慈悲能量的靈性關懷空間，故名為「柳營綠洲關懷中心」，提供給所陪伴的病友、家屬、社區的高齡者休憩和讓心靈安適的場所。
