Taichung City Community Construction Association; 台中市社區營造協會 本會為依法設立，非以營利為目的之社會團體，以加速國家建設，促進社區?

一、關於國內外社區營造之調查、社區規劃及設計、測量、建築、統計及本第六條相關事項、交流研討、研究發展及出版事項。
二、結合國內外整體社區之文化、景觀、園藝、環保等規劃及開發並舉辦各項學術交流研討。
三、推動國內外整體城鄉規劃、城鄉設計、市地重劃、土地開發、水土保持等相關規劃及各項學術流研討。
四、關於政府社區總體營造政策與社區規劃之協助推行與研究建議事項。
五、關於接受政府委託推行社區營造及社區規劃師培訓事項。
六、關於會員或社會公益及業務推廣活動之舉辦事項。
七、關於接受委託辦理社區總體營造及人力工作、職能培訓事項。
