台中市南區福興發展社區 本社區建制為南區福興里，為「下橋仔」開發甚早的聚落。里內有台灣台中高等法院、與台中著名下橋仔福興宮三府王爺、福德祠與街肆聚落、並與國立台中圖書館仳鄰、書香氣氛濃厚。 福興社區發展協會正致力於社區凝聚為社區治安老人福利婦幼成長單親家庭爭取相關支持使社區每一位居民都能有更美好的生活。 社區發展協會附屬：長青敬老會、媽媽教室、守望相助隊、環保志工隊等組合團隊。
